Do I need a subscription?
No. NANO’s 16 built-in dashboards work out of the box on the Free plan. Basic at $29/month unlocks full news and RSS, market data and 50 AI queries a day; Pro at $99/month adds unlimited devices, advanced analytics, a custom dashboard builder and API access.
What is the warranty and return policy?
NANO includes a 12-month limited warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days in original packaging (7 days for damaged or defective units), and subscriptions can be canceled anytime with a 14-day refund if unused.
